I don’t know how I found this, which is frustrating because I would really like to thank whoever suggested it, it’s really wonderful. This is a highly functional tool for being mindful and gentle with oneself about eating habits. It gives users an opportunity to gather some data and make choices in their own time, which is a rare grace. The interface is well designed and intuitive, it’s not cluttered, it’s easy and thoughtful and kind.

Anyone can learn to eat
intuitively
My name is Tristan and I’m the founder of Munch. My mission is to help people have healthier and happier relationships with food.
I’ve been an emotional eater, typically down to stress and boredom most of my life. I’ve been on countless diets and my weight has always been a focus.
Earlier this year in 2023 I discovered the 10 intuitive eating principles, which I could instantly relate to. After doing some research I found that intuitive eating could indeed be the answer to disordered eating, eating disorders and obesity worldwide (a contentious point I’m aware of).
So I built Munch!
